Before establishing his career in Canada, Sarnail held senior sales, business development, and management roles across the United Arab Emirates, Oman, East Africa, and India, where he gained extensive experience in international business, market expansion, strategic planning, and cross-cultural negotiations. This global perspective enables him to bring practical, real-world insights into every classroom and transaction.

Together with his team, Sarnail has successfully facilitated many transactions. His expertise spans investment analysis, valuation, and business brokerage.

Sarnail holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute and the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). As a passionate educator and industry practitioner, he has taught thousands of real estate professionals for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Humber Polytechnic, the CCIM Institute, and numerous real estate brokerages and industry organizations.

He is a Past President and current Director of the CCIM Central Canada Chapter and serves as a member of the Faculty Subcommittee of the CCIM Institute.
